College Park proposal for annexation of our community

See the chart of projected impact on property taxes, by address. This shows the potential impact of annexation on our property taxes. This report was prepared on an assessments database as of 15 May 2005. General Membership Meeting

CSTCA General Membership Meeting: Saturday, 14 October 2005

The next Cool Spring Terrace Civic Association meeting is Saturday, 14 October 2005, 1-3 p.m. in Lecture Room A, National Archives at College Park. A picture ID is required to enter the building. Topics will be

  • Discussion of the College Park proposal for annexation of our community— update on the residents' Survey.
  • In addition to our general updates and business, special guest include officers from our local Community Service Area to discuss general public safety issues and officers from the county's gang unit.

General membership meetings of the CSTCA occur on the third (3rd) Saturday of each month.

Next month's meeting date: Saturday, 19 November 2005

12 August 2003 "Kojo in Your Community" Announcement—Kojo Namdi of WAMU will be hosting a "Kojo in Your Community" special for Prince Georges County at the University of Maryland University College on Tuesday, August 12. The taping begins at 7 pm and is open to the public at no cost. The second hour of the program will examine the County's commerical and residential development decisions.
