Cool Spring Terrace Civic Association

Welcome to the Cool Spring Terrace community in Adelphi, Maryland.

The purpose of the Cool Spring Terrace Civic Association is to ensure a good quality of life in the neighborhood by sharing information to keep it safe, by bonding with our neighbors, and by ensuring that property values stay up because property standards are maintained.

The Around the Block newsletter contains information about the CSTCA monthly meeting and notices about special events, hearings, and other items of interest to the community. General membership meetings of the CSTCA occur on the third (3rd) Saturday of each month. Meeting information may be provided also in flyers.
